Every year at Committee Restaurant they have a fun event they like to call "Grexico" (Greece/Mexico).
They fuse thier normal greek ingredients with traditional mexican dishes to create something truly one of a kind.
Thier Executive Chef, and many of the staff are from Mexico so its a fun way to showcase their culture as they all celebrate Cinco De Mayo.
